Research and Development (Team Lead)
Tanya Garg
Tanya is a doctoral candidate and clinician-in-training at the University of Rochester, with a B.Sc. (Hons) in Psychology and an M.Sc. in Clinical Mental Health Sciences from University College London. Her focus is on anxiety and stress disorders, particularly PTSD. She aims to create accessible mental health interventions for underserved populations. Leading the Research and Development team at Sarg, Tanya develops innovative strategies improve mental health literacy in India.

Social Work and Community Research
Anushree Joshi
Anushree specializes in resource allocation for girl child education and has a master's in social work from Tata Institute of Sciences, Mumbai. Currently working full-time, she has collaborated with organizations focused on women and children. She is interested in researching family dynamics in forced migration contexts and aims to positively impact vulnerable children through her work.

Ealisha Sonawane
Ealisha is currently employed as a neuropsychologist in hospital environments. She possesses a Master’s degree in Neuropsychology from Christ University, Bangalore, and has a Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Psychology. Transitioning from clinical psychology to neuropsychology felt like a natural progression for her. Ealisha aspires to change the perception of mental health and well-being, encouraging open discussions rather than viewing them as taboo.

Jyotsna Raman
Jyotsna is training to be a clinical psychologist, having earned her degree in clinical psychology from Manipal Academy of Higher Education. Introduced to mental health at 18, she reflects on the meaningful changes she could have made earlier. Understanding that awareness is key to change, she aims to be a transformative voice through her work with Sarg.

Arti Pote
Arti is an Assistant Professor at Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj University Panvel, holding a master's degree in clinical psychology from the National Forensic Sciences University in Gujarat. She aspires to build a research career that significantly impacts individuals and advances psychology. Through The Sarg, she is dedicated to fostering positive societal change.
