Sheena Sood (Psychologist)

Sheena Sood, MSc, is a dedicated consulting health psychologist and counsellor at PD Hinduja Hospital and MRC. Holding an MSc in Health Psychology from King's College London, she brings a wealth of expertise in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and rational emotive behavior therapy (REBT). Her extensive clinical experience spans diverse settings, including oncology at Tata Memorial Hospital, mental health at Seven Hills Hospital, and specialized support during the COVID-19 pandemic. Sheena's research contributions, including work on breast cancer care and maternal health, are recognized internationally, with presentations and publications. As a member of the British Psychological Society, she is committed to evidence-based practice and delivering impactful patient outcomes. She also serves as a consulting psychologist for the Hungarian Consulate, demonstrating her diverse capabilities and dedication to psychological well-being.

Sapna Jain (Psychologist)

Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Dr. Sapna D. Jain is a versatile psychologist, mental health consultant, corporate trainer, and life skills coach with a PhD in psychology from Gujarat University. With 20 years of experience, she offers a broad range of services, including individual, family, and corporate counseling, career guidance, and therapeutic interventions such as CBT, play therapy, and stress management. Dr. Jain also conducts workshops and training programs on topics like parenting skills, emotional intelligence, and stress management. She is currently a professional counsellor at Nirma University, Ahmedabad. 

Deepali Sadavarte (POSH/POCSO Trainer)

Deepali Sadavarte is a certified POCSO & GTBT (Good Touch Bad Touch) Trainer with extensive experience in child protection and the POCSO Act. Deepali is passionate about creating safer environments for children and empowering others to protect them. She has a proven ability to educate diverse audiences, including school staff and community groups, on identifying, preventing, and responding to child sexual abuse. Deepali conducts workshops and training sessions for schools, training facility centers, and pre-primary/primary school and day care centers. Her areas of expertise include the POCSO Act, gender sensitization, and the POSH Act 2013. She is also a practicing Company Secretary and a Certified POSH Trainer.
