Our mission is to improve mental health literacy and access to mental health support across India through accessible education programs, workshops, and outreach initiatives.

Our flagship product is a digitally delivered program hosted on a virtual, interactive learning platform that will be accessible to educators and students, and parents either independently or through their educational institutes. The program will be supported with in-person resources. With each sale, we intend to providing a free version to government schools and NGOs.

Recently, we have launched our workshop series known as The Mental Health Playbook, which is delivered completely in-person.

We are registered in Gujarat. However, our services are available across India. Our daily operations are primarily online. Reach out to us to learn more!

We are currently launching The Mental Health Playbook, an in-person workshop series designed for the educational ecosystem. Additionally, we are also working with early adopters of our ELM educational program. Our full program will be available this year, however, early adopters will receive discounts on the full program.
